Agreement and contact

These terms govern your use of Ghost Photoshoot AI Generator at https://ghostphotoshoot.org (the “Service”, “we” or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing credits or requesting a video, you agree to them. If you disagree, do not use the Service. Questions, purchase issues and content complaints can be sent to support@aihalloweencostume.io or account support. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Ghost Photoshoot AI Generator is operated by Guangzhou Shengyan Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in mainland China.

Customer support and privacy requests: support@aihalloweencostume.io. This is the designated contact email for Ghost Photoshoot, including requests from people without an account. You may also open a support ticket when signed in.

What the Service provides

You upload one full-body photograph of a person, pet or friends. The Service requests a white-sheet ghost transformation with dark sunglasses and gentle fashion-portrait movement. We use PolarisCore to access Nano Banana image generation and Seedance video generation, and process the resulting media to prepare your final download.

A completed generation delivers an approximately 9-second vertical video in 9:16 format and four autumn portraits. The first part of the video is an AI transformation; the remaining part presents the four portraits. You select 480p or 720p generation quality before submitting. Final media may be resized during processing. The video is delivered without generated audio. You may add your own properly licensed audio after downloading.

AI may change appearance, anatomy, movement, timing or background. The scene instructions guide generation; it does not guarantee an identical scene, exact likeness or a particular creative outcome. Example media illustrates the concept and is not a promise of your result. Generation time varies with provider capacity and may be delayed.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 and meet any higher minimum age required in your location. If you are not legally able to enter a contract on your own, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use and purchases. Keep account credentials private, provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Photo permissions and acceptable use

You must own or have sufficient rights to each uploaded image and obtain permission from identifiable people for AI transformation and your intended use of the result. The human-photo modes are intended for adults. Do not upload children's photos for generation. Do not submit sensitive or confidential material.

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, non-consensual sexual content, child exploitation, harassment, hateful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation or infringement of privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights. Do not evade credit charges, access another user's files, bypass safeguards or disrupt the Service.

You remain responsible for reviewing results before publishing them. Do not present generated footage as evidence of real events. Follow the AI disclosure and content rules of any platform where you share a video.

Content rights

You retain your rights in your uploaded photos. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, transmit and process them, including through AI and infrastructure providers, as needed to fulfill your generation request, deliver the result and operate the Service. This does not grant us a general right to use your photos in advertising.

You may download and share results subject to applicable law, third-party rights and provider restrictions. We do not guarantee that an AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims. Access to the Service does not transfer ownership of scene templates, example media, branding or website assets. Adding music requires your own permission or licence for that music.

Prices and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. The price, currency, included balance and applicable charges shown at checkout govern your purchase. Generation costs are shown before submission: 150 credits for 480p or 350 credits for 720p. Current packs are USD $9.90 for 150 credits, USD $19.90 for 350 credits, and USD $29.90 for 700 credits. These balances cover one 480p generation, one 720p generation, or two 720p generations respectively, when used at the stated quality.

A purchased balance currently expires 365 days after purchase. Promotional allocations may have separately disclosed conditions. Credits are account-bound service units, not money; they cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law or through an approved refund. Changes to future prices or costs will be shown before a new purchase or generation request.

You need a sufficient balance to submit a video. The generation charge is deducted when a task is created. Each new generation request incurs a charge, including another attempt after a successfully delivered result. Automatic status checks, storage retries and internal processing within the same task do not create an additional user credit charge. Closing the browser does not cancel a submitted task or automatically reverse its charge.

Failed tasks and refunds

When a task is recorded as failed, the amount charged is returned automatically to your account. A request that remains pending may need reconciliation before its final status and credit return appear. Contact support with the task or order reference if your balance appears incorrect.

A failed-task credit return is not a refund to your payment method. A technically successful video is not automatically refunded solely because of subjective preference; contact us if a result is defective or materially differs from the described service.

To request a refund for an unused credit pack, contact support with the order reference. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a pack is not refundable once any of its balance has been used. We review billing mistakes and service problems separately. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected; these terms alone do not waive any consent or acknowledgement required by law for immediate digital service delivery.

Storage and downloads

Uploaded photos are processing inputs. Input images, reference frames and partial outputs may be retained for troubleshooting or recovery when a task fails or remains incomplete; a credit return does not itself delete these files. Download finished videos and portraits you want to keep. The Service does not promise indefinite storage, and deletion cannot recall copies already shared or downloaded. Media links may be accessible to anyone holding them. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

Third-party services and availability

AI generation, hosting and payment processing depend on external providers. Availability, model access and processing times can change. The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram, TikTok or the original meme creators.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through support. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or breaches of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and allow you to contact support about it. Account closure and any remaining balance will be handled subject to applicable law and the refund provisions above.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a specific AI result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such exclusions are lawful. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Applicable mandatory law takes priority over a conflicting provision.

Changes and questions

We will give appropriate notice of material changes. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights already attached to a purchase. Email support@aihalloweencostume.io to raise a question or dispute; this does not prevent you from using any complaint or legal remedies available under applicable law.
